Vivek Reshi

Vivek Reshi is a Research Analyst at the Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (MP-IDSA), New Delhi. His research interests lie at the intersection of emerging technologies, national security, and strategic affairs.

He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Previously, he worked as a Policy Fellow at the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India (IISc Bengaluru), where he contributed to critical technology assessment and international science and technology cooperation. He also served as a Project Associate at the Center for Technology Foresight and Policy, IIT Jodhpur, contributing to research on climate technology, innovation ecosystems, and technology foresight. He brings several years of industry experience in cloud infrastructure and enterprise DNS management.
