Associate Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr Gulbin Sultana’s chapter ‘India-Maldives Defence Partnership within the Framework of Vision SAGAR’ was published in the book ‘Sailing the MAHASAGAR Together India-Maldives Relations’ by the Centre for Public Policy Research and the Indian Council of World Affairs. The volume includes 10 chapters on various aspects of India-Maldives relations by experts from the Maldives and India.
