Associate Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr Abhishek Kumar Darbey presented a paper on ‘China’s Cognitive Warfare System and its Capabilities’ at his Fellow Seminar on 16 October 2026. Director General Sujan R. Chinoy chaired the Seminar. External discussants Maj Gen B K Sharma, former DG USI and DG Chikitsa Trust, Shiksha Trust  and Dr Jitendra Kumar Singh, Scientist ‘G’, Defence Institute of Psychological Research, DRDO shared their valuable insights on the paper. Col Karan Vasishth, Research Fellow offered his perspective as Internal Discussant, followed by engaging Q&A.
