DPK Pillay Presents Report Documenting India’s Role in Korean War to Defence Secretary

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Col DPK Pillay presented to the Defence Secretary on 23 December 2025, the report submitted to the Korean War Memorial, documenting India’s role in the war. Senior Fellow, Dr Uttam Sinha also presented his book ‘Trial by Water: Indus Basin and India-Pakistan Relations’. Members of the History Division and International Cooperation wings of the MoD were also present.
