Vishal Chandra Speaks on Evolving Situation in Afghanistan at NIICE Global Conclave 2021

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Mr Vishal Chandra was invited to speak on the evolving situation in Afghanistan at the First Global Conclave of Nepal Institute for International Cooperation and Engagement (NIICE), Kathmandu, held online on June 26, 2021.
