Gulbin Sultana Participates in International Conference on ‘India & the Maldives: Sailing the MAHASAGAR Together’

Associate Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA Dr Gulbin Sultana participated in an International Conference on ‘India & the Maldives: Sailing the MAHASAGAR Together’, jointly organised by the Centre for Public Policy Research, Kochi and the Indian Council of World Affairs, New Delhi, at Kochi Kerala, on 20-21 January 2026.

Dr Sultana spoke at the session on ‘Strengthening Regional Stability through the MAHASAGAR Initiative’, along with Dr N Manoharan from the Christ University, Bangalore, and Dr S Chaminda Padmakumara from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. The session was moderated by Vice Admiral M P Muralidharan AVSM & Bar, NM (Retd), Former DG, Indian Coast Guard.
