MP-IDSA organised a Roundtable discussion to celebrate the commemoration of the 350th Anniversary of the Grand Coronation of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on 12 March 2025.
Prof Shraddha Kumbhojkar, Department of History, Pune University spoke on ‘Maratha Patshah-The Uniqueness of Chhatarpati Shivaji Maharah as a Head of the State’ and Prof. Aniruddh Deshpande, Department of History, Delhi University spoke on ‘Salient Features of Shivaji’s Military Strategy and Campaign Tactics – A Contextual View’. The discussion was chaired by Director General, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Amb Sujan R. Chinoy and was followed by Q&A Session.
