Senior Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Gp Capt (Dr) RK Narang VM (Retd) was the Chief Guest at the 11th Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KiiT) International School Model United Nations 2024, on 17-18 August 2024, at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Gp Capt addressed the students on ‘Atmanirbharta as National Priority for Global Security’.
