  • Anand Kumar replies: In a report entitled, India’s Role in the World: A Conversation with Shivshankar Menon, published by The Brookings Institution, Washington, D.C., on October 07, 2014, former National Security Advisor Shivshankar Menon is quoted as having stated, “Today, Bangladesh is getting 100 percent of what goes past Gajoldoba at Dalia, including all the recharge and whatever, so in actual practice, Bangladesh is actually doing better than the agreement would have given her if you look at the practice.”
