According to reports, Syria’s main rebel groups, the Free Syrian Army (FSA), has announced that it is moving its command centre from the Turkish border to Syria, apparently in preparation for a renewed offensive against President Bashar Al-Assad in the capital, Damascus. Meanwhile, the FSA will still remain dependent on Turkey for its supply lines. 1
