According to reports, North Korea on May 10, denounced South Korean President Park Geun –hye’s recent visit to the US as a prelude to war. Park’s five-day long visit to Washington marked her first overseas trip since assuming office in February this year. The North described the visit as a “junket” tour that strained the tensions in the Korean Peninsula and the surrounding areas. 1
