Conference facility
Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses has excellent facilities for holding seminars, workshops and conferences. Conveniently located off the Outer Ring Road in South Delhi, very near to International Airport, the IDSA facilities serve the needs of both public and private sector organisations. Organisations that have utilised the IDSA’s facilities include Ministry of Defence, Confederation of Indian Industries, Armed Forces, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), HDFC, Embassies etc.

Recording, audio and display facility are also available in auditorium, seminar hall.
AC Charges
Refrigeration charges on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be imposed as follows:
a) For Single facility – Rs. 1000/- per hour
b) For Double facility – Rs. 1500/- per hour
c) For Three facility or more – Rs. 2000/- per hour
Rates as above will applicable on beyond office hours also.
If opted for uninterrupted power supply through Generator Set following shall be charged:
1. Rs. 1500/- per hour when ACs are put on
2. Rs. 500/- per hour when not put on
Security Deposit
An amount of Rs. 10,000 only may be deposited by draft in favour of “IDSA, New Delhi” as refundable security deposit.
Forfeiture of booking amount
1. 14 days or more NIL
2. Less than 14 day but more than 7 days 25%
3. 7 days or less than but more than 48 hours 50%
4. 48 hours or less 100%
NOTE:
Type of function that may be allowed
- Meeting of National and International societies
- Conference of National and International standard
- Small gathering of professional clubs
- Art exhibition and related functions
The function which will not be allowed
- Marriage functions
- Commercial function
- Function which may cause noise
- Function which are not permitted by IDSA
