Coinciding with the 57th Foundation Day of the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, Hon’ble Raksha Mantri and President of the Institute, Shri Rajnath Singh unveiled a plaque at the Institute’s main building, renaming the Institute as ‘Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (MP-IDSA)’ on November 15, 2021. The renaming ceremony was followed by the inauguration of the 100 KW Grid connected rooftop solar power plant and the open air gym.
