Evgeny M. Kozhokin is Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation, a position he has held by decree of the President of Russia, since February 2009. Prior to this, he has also served as Director of Russia's Institute for Strategic Studies, Moscow.
