Deputy Director General, IDSA, Brig. Rumel Dahiya (Retd.), attended G-20 Foreign Policy Think Tanks Summit held at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia (US) from June 3-5, 2012. The theme of the summit was ‘Global Challenges, Increasing Responsibilities’.
