Uttam Sinha Discusses Climate and Water Issues in Germany

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha, who is currently on a visit to Berlin and Munich, from April 16-20, 2012, discussed climate and water issues with the Member of Bavarian Parliament and Deputy Chairman of the Environment Committee in Munich, Dr Otto Hunnerkopf on April 17, 2012. Dr Sinha is visiting Germany as a part of an Indian delegation on ‘Climate Change and Water Resources’. The visit has been organized by the Hanns Siedel Foundation.
