Adil Rasheed Presents Occasional Paper on ‘Influence Operations: Winning Without Waging War in the 21st Century’ at Fellows Seminar

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr Adil Rasheed presented an Occasional Paper on ‘Influence Operations: Winning without Waging War in the 21st Century’ at the Fellows Seminar, on 20 July 2023.

Lt Gen (Dr) Rakesh Sharma, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, VSM (Retd), Member, Executive Council, MP-IDSA, chaired the Seminar and conducted the proceedings.

The External Discussants included Maj Gen Roopesh Mehta SM, VSM, ADG CD (B) IHQ, and Mr Vinit Goenka, Secretary, Centre for Knowledge Sovereignty (CKS). The Internal Discussants were Deputy Director General, Maj Gen (Dr) Bipin Bakshi (Retd), and Scholars, Lt Col Akshat Upadhyay and Ms Shruti Pandalai.
