Anurag Bisen Participates in Public Evidence Session to Provide Oral Evidence to House of Lords International Relations and Defence Committee in UK Parliament on Key Interests and Concerns of India in the Arctic.

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Captain (IN) Anurag Bisen participated in a public evidence session on 21 June 2023 to provide oral evidence to the House of Lords International Relations and Defence Committee in the UK Parliament on the key interests and concerns of India in the Arctic.

The Committee has launched a new inquiry looking at the evolving strategic context in the Arctic and the UK’s policy towards the region. The session also included an expert from Japan and South Korea, who provided their own national perspectives.
