Dr Uttam Kumar Sinha had an interaction with the Bangladesh Minister of State for Planning Dr Shamsul Alam and Prof Ainun Nishat, at NADI 3.0 Conference in Guwahati, on 28 May 2022. The conference was organised by the Asian Confluence in partnership with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, and the Assam Government.
