Vishal Chandra Speaks at International Webinar on Afghanistan Organised by Tillotoma Foundation

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Mr Vishal Chandra spoke on the politics of peace in Afghanistan in the International Webinar on ‘Road Map to Peace in Afghanistan,’ organised by the Tillotoma Foundation, Kolkata, on April 20, 2021.
