Homi Bhabha Chair at the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Dr. Ravi B. Grover was the discussant and Emeritus Professor of Theoretical Physics at School of Physical Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Professor R. Rajaraman chaired the proceedings.
