Colonel Adarsh Kumar Chugh was commissioned in the Indian Army in 1982. He is a veteran with extensive command and staff experience spread over a period of 30 years in various terrains. He has an MSc in Defence and Strategic Studies from Madras University and a Masters in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.
