Uttam Sinha speaks on Hydrodiplomacy at FSI

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha spoke on ‘Hydrodiplomacy’ before the MEA officials at the Foreign Service Institute (FSI), on October 28, 2016.

The lecture was a part of the mid-career training programme of Indian Foreign Service officers.
