Uttam Sinha Speaks at 2015 Defence Seminar by Sri Lankan Army in Colombo

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha spoke at the 2015 Defence Seminar on ‘National Security in the Context of Emerging Global Threats’ hosted by the Sri Lankan Army in Colombo on September 1, 2015. The seminar is Sri Lanka's biggest security and strategic gathering. Deputy National Security Advior, Dr Arvind Gupta, Dr Ajai Sahni and Dr Lawrence Prabhakar comprised the Indian delegation.
