Uttam Sinha Speaks on Climate Change and Littoral States at India and Indian Ocean Symposium in Bhubaneswar

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha spoke on ‘Climate Change and Littoral States’ at the ‘India and the Indian Ocean Symposium’ in Bhubaneswar, on March 21, 2015. The Symposium, held from March 20-22, 2015, was organised by the Institute for Social and Cultural Studies, Kolkata and RIS and was supported by various ministries.
