Giving an insight into the Philippine’s perspective on the South China Sea issue, Undersecretary (Vice Minister) for Policy, Department of Foreign Affairs, Manila, Philippines, Hon’ble Evan P Garcia today described Philippines’ arbitration case under the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) as a just and concrete step towards finding resolution to the dispute in the South China Sea.
