P Stobdan Chairs International Seminar on Indo-Myanmar Relations at Kolkata

Senior Fellow, IDSA, Ambassador P Stobdan chaired the session on Security and the valedictory speech of the International seminar on ‘Indo-Myanmar Relations - A New Horizon’, organized by the Institute of Social and Cultural Studies (ISCS) at Kolkata on February 8-9, 2014. The event was supported by the Public Diplomacy Division, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India and the National Library, Kolkata.
