Taiwanese Delegation Discusses Democracy in East Asia with IDSA Scholars

A Taiwanese delegation, including Dr Tsai Ing Wen, leader of the Democratic Progressive Party of Taiwan and Dr Antonio Chiang, who served in the National Security Council during the 1990s, interacted with IDSA scholars on September 21, 2012.
