Vishal Chandra Speaks at Roundtable on US-Taliban Agreement at Delhi Policy Group

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Mr. Vishal Chandra was invited as a panelist at a roundtable discussion on ‘Taliban Ceasefire and Impending US Withdrawal from Afghanistan: Implications for India and the Region’, organised by the Delhi Policy Group (DPG) at India Habitat Centre on March 06, 2020.

Other panellists included Director, United Service Institution (USI) of India, Maj. Gen. B.K.
