Uttam Sinha Speaks at Strategic Thinkers Meeting in Ranchi

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha spoke at the Strategic Thinkers Meeting held in Ranchi on October 27, 2016. The 2-day meeting on India's Foreign Policy Conundrum was hosted by Centre for Policy Analysis and ICWA.

The participants included, Ambassador NN Jha, Ambassador Vivek Katju, Professor Bharat Karnad, Dr Manoj Joshi, Shri Shakti Sinha and Dr RR Subramanyam. IDSA scholars, Dr Rajiv Nayan and Ms Prabha Rao also participated in event.
