Uttam Sinha, Smruti Pattanaik Participate in Discussion on Sunderbans in Kolkata

IDSA scholars Dr Uttam Sinha and Dr Smruti Pattanaik participated in a discussion on ‘Sustainable Development of Sundarbans’, organised by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), along with the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India and the Ministry of Sundarbans Affairs, Government of West Bengal, in Kolkata on January 24-25, 2017.
