Uttam Sinha Participates Strategic Studies Summit in Ankara

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha participated in the Strategic Studies Summit organised by the Strategic Studies Network (SSN), National Defence University, in Ankara, on April 1-2, 2016. Dr Sinha took part in the South Asia working group. The strategic Studies Network of the National Defence University, Washington DC covers the Near East and South Asia region.
