PK Gautam Gives Presentation on Kautilya’s Arthashastra before CHACR Delegation at USI

Research Fellow, IDSA, Col PK Gautam (Retd) gave  a presentation  on  ‘Developing an Indigenous Strategic Vocabulary: Kautilya’s Arthashastra and its Relevance to Contemporary Strategic Studies’, before a delegation from the UK Centre for Historical Analysis and Conflict Research (CHACR) at USI on May  3, 2017.
