Col. P.K. Gautam (Retd), Consultant to Indigenous Historical Knowledge Project at IDSA gave a presentation on ‘Arthashastra-Its Relevance to Contemporary Strategic Thinking’ before the student officers of Higher Defence Orientation Course and Faculty Members of the Army War College (AWC), Mhow, on May 03, 2019.

Col Gautam also had separate interaction with the members of the Faculty of Studies.
