IDSA Consultant, Mr Munish Sharma delivered a lecture on ‘Aspects of Cyber Warfare’ at the Summer School on Embedding Human Rights in Cybersecurity, from March 11-18, 2018. The Summer School was organised by ITS Rio; Hans Bredow Institut, University of Hamburg; Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University; Faculty of Law, University of Hamburg; Global Network of Internet and Society Research Centers; UNESCO Chair on Freedom of Communication and Information at the University of Hamburg; and Centre for Communication Governance at National Law University, Delhi.
