Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Jagannath Panda participated in a panel discussion on ‘Middle Powers Role and Interests in the Indo-Pacific: Identifying Opportunity and Mitigating Challenges in a Region in Flux’ on April 12, 2019 in Tokyo. This panel discussion was organised by the Japan Institute for International Affairs (JIIA) and Embassy of Canada in Japan.
