Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr. Jagannath Panda's co-authored book chapter ‘Between Business and Balance: India-Japan in Africa vis-a-vis China’ has been published in Kenneth King and Meera Venkatachalam (eds.) India's Development Diplomacy & Soft Power in Africa (James Currey: Boydell & Brewer; UK & USA).
