Jagannath Panda Speaks on Maritime Security in Indo-Pacific at CSCAP Conference

    Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr. Jagannath Panda spoke on ‘Maritime Security in the Indo-Pacific: Opportunities for Cooperation’ at the 12th General Conference of CSCAP (Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific) on ‘Sustaining Peace in Time of Uncertainties: Toward Greater Regional Resilience and Responsiveness’ in Hanoi on December 05-06, 2019.

    The Conference was organised by the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV), along with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS). It was attended by a number of speakers from the US, China, Australia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, France, Belgium, Russia, Singapore, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, etc.
