IDSA Signs MoU with IDS Vietnam

Director General, IDSA, Amb. Sujan R. Chinoy and Acting Director General, Institute of Defence Strategy (IDS), Vietnam, Maj. Gen. Dang Quang Minh signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the presence of Hon'ble Raksha Mantri, Shri Rajnath Singh and Chief of General Staff (CGS), Vietnam People's Army and Minister of State, Sr. Lt. Gen. Pham Van Giang, in the South Block, on November 25, 2019.
