Col. D.P.K. Pillay Speaks on Legacy of World War II at Discussion Organised by Russian Embassy

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Col. D.P.K. Pillay participated in a Discussion on ‘75th Anniversary of the Great Victory: Shared Responsibility to History and our Future, by Russian President Vladimir Putin, on July 08, 2020. The discussion was organised by the Embassy of Russia in India and was chaired by Ambassador Nikolay Kudashev and Defence Attaché Captain Zadorin. Col. Pillay presented his views on the legacy of World War II, it's lessons, implications for the contemporary world order, and the current international situation.
