Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Capt (IN) Anurag Bisen’s paper ‘The Arctic Council and Asian Observers: A Call for Enhanced Cooperation’ has been published by the Arctic Institute, Centre for Circumpolar Security Studies, Washington on June 06, 2023.

Capt Bisen writes that the Arctic Council’s future is uncertain due to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict. India and other Asian Observer States can coordinate and push for a more inclusive Arctic Council.
