Vishal Chandra Talks about Post-2014 Afghanistan at India International Centre

Associate Fellow, IDSA, Mr Vishal Chandra was invited by the India International Centre & Subbu Forum to make a presentation on post-2014 Afghanistan and also as a discussant during a round table discussion with Dr Gilles Boquérat of Foundation for Strategic Research, Paris, on November 25, 2013. The event was organised at India International Centre, New Delhi.

The round table was chaired by former Indian Ambassador to Afghanistan, Dr Jayant Prasad.
