Vishal Chandra Speaks at the CAPS National Seminar on Afghanistan

Associate Fellow, IDSA, Mr. Vishal Chandra was invited to make a presentation in a National Seminar on “Afghanistan: The United States Withdrawal and Beyond”, organised by the Centre for Air Power Studies (CAPS) at the India International Centre (IIC) on May 28, 2013.
