Vishal Chandra Participates in New Delhi-Moscow Video Conference on Afghanistan by RIA Novosti

Associate Fellow, IDSA, Mr Vishal Chandra participated in the New Delhi-Moscow video conference on ‘Afghanistan Without NATO Troops - View from Moscow & New Delhi’, organised by the Information Department of the Russian Federation Embassy, New Delhi, along with the Russian News and Information Agency, RIA Novosti, on February 14, 2014.
