Vishal Chandra’s Commentary on India’s Options in Afghanistan Published in Indian Foreign Affairs Journal

    Associate Fellow, IDSA, Mr Vishal Chandra’s commentary, “India Should Stay the Course,” has been published as part of the Debate on “Afghanistan Post-2014: India’s Options” in the July-September 2013 issue of the Indian Foreign Affairs Journal, a quarterly of the Association of Indian Diplomats.
