Uttam Sinha Speaks on South Asia Water Issue at SIS, JNU

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha spoke on the South Asia Water Issue at School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. Dr Sinha was speaking at a seminar conducted by the Association of Asia Scholars. Also addressing the gathering was Mr Dipak Gyawali, former Minister of Water Resources of Nepal. The seminar was chaired by Dr. Sheel Kant Sharma, Former Secretary General, SAARC.
