Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha spoke at a Round Table discussion on 'Regional Water Security and Riverine Dispute: Issues common to Central and South Asia', organised by SPS and Asia News Agency at the India International Centre (IIC) on March 6, 2014.
