Uttam Sinha Speaks on Peace and Conflict at BHU, Varanasi

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha delivered a lecture on ‘Peace and Conflict’ at the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) on May 11, 2015. The lecture was a part of the UGC-sponsored Capacity Building Programme for teachers, conducted by the Malaviya Centre for Peace Research at BHU.
