Uttam Sinha participates in the IUCN meeting on the GBM river basin in Bangkok

Uttam Sinha was part of the consultative meeting hosted by the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) in Bangkok which focused on the prospects of the Ganga Brahmaputra Meghna river basin management. The IUCN has an observer status in the UN General Assembly.
