DG IDSA, Uttam Sinha Exchange Views at Arctic Council Secretariat in Tromso

Director General, IDSA, Dr Arvind Gupta and Research Fellow, Dr Uttam Sinha visited the Arctic Council Secretariat, the Polar Institute on August 5, 2013. The visit was a part of the IDSA-PRIO Arctic Research, in collaboration with the Fritjof Nansen Institute and IFS. The Indian Ambassador to Norway, Mr Rajenda Tyagi also accompanied them.
